He received the Doctor of Medicine degree from Ross University and completed both his general surgery and 2-year vascular surgery fellowship at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans.

Andrew
J. Olinde, M.D. is a vascular surgeon certified by the
American Board of Surgery in general vascular surgery.
He received
his Doctor of Medicine degree from the LSU Medical Center
in New Orleans and completed his residency in general surgery
at the University of Mississippi in Jackson. Dr. Olinde served
a one-year fellowship in general vascular surgery at Northwestern
University in Chicago. After completing his fellowship, he
was in private practice for two years in South Carolina. In
1988, he returned to Baton Rouge and joined the Ochsner Clinic.
Dr. Olinde became associated with Vascular Specialty Center
in 1998.

D. Sam II, M.D. is a vascular surgeon certified by the

Board of Vascular Medicine in endovascular medicine.
He received

at Chicago that included a research fellowship in cardiovascular
